Date - 19 Nov 2010 Recently added are some new walks in Spain. These all concentrate on Andalucia and were all completed during the winter months so are relevant for all of you heading south in the coming months. Two routes to mountain summits near Ronda and Malaga are the highlights. However less demanding routes in the area have also been added including two interesting city strolls - Antequera and Ronda. A look at the Karst scenery near Antequera has also been added. Winter is a great time for walking in Spain with generally sunny weather, much better visibility than during the summer heat, and also far better temperatures for mountain walking and city sightseeing. However do remember that as you gain height it can be quite cold so do go well prepared. You might even have snowfall within sight of the coast near Malaga!
