New Walks

Eight new routes in the French Pyrenees and 4 routes in Andalucia in Spain have all been added recently.

The recent additions have consolidated coverage in France with 8 walks located near to Cauterts and Gavarnie. This area of the French Pyrenees is wonderful with plenty of opportunities for day and extended walks. All of the walks featured are either half or full day walks but with care could be extended into multi-day routes by staying at the Refuges visited.

Four more walks in Spain was not exactly what I had envisaged when I mentioned previously about new Spanish routes being prepared. However all of these walks are easy to accomplish by visitors to the area around Malaga and will be supplemented in due course with another set of about eight walks in this area.

Plans for the future include some more coverage of French mountain areas plus a couple of walks on the Brittany Coast. Where the next walks come from is anyone's guess although I do have a few more routes in the pipeline from outside Europe. I would also like to say that your walk descriptions are always welcome and will be added as soon as I can get them on the site.
