The Auvergne region of France, a land of woods and mountains, rivers and lakes. We want to welcome you to the beautiful scenery, wild landscape, and fascinating history of this lovely area. We arrange weeks for walking, painting and creative writing. Our house overlooking the Allier river valley has two double en-suite bedrooms plus a twin room with its own private bathroom. We can arrange accommodation locally for larger groups if required. There are hundreds of kilometres of walks in the area, an excellent restaurant in the village, large gardens and a patio to enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine.

Alpine Interface is a one-of-a-kind service-oriented company, based in Connecticut and, during the European trekking season, in the Chamonix valley. Our goal is to provide primarily trekking trips in France, Switzerland, Italy, Crete, Nepal, Tibet (China) and the Americas, using only certified European Mountain Leaders.
