An excellent range of English Language guides and maps produced by a publisher dedicated to outdoor activities including walking, scrambling and cycling. The following are a selection from their exhaustive catalogue.
Guidebook to 50 day walks in the Mont Blanc region near Chamonix and Courmayeur, plus outlines of 4 multi-day treks around both sides of the Mont Blanc massif. The walks range from 3km to 20km and cover a variety of terrains from easy valley walks to more challenging routes over boulders, scree and on via ferratas.
Guidebook to 36 walks in Andalucia. The Sierra Nevada regions of Aracena, Grazalema, Los Alcornocales and Gaucin, La Axarquia, the Alpujarras and Cazorla each have 6 day walks. Most of the walking routes are circular and range from 5 to 21km, are graded for difficulty, and many are suitable for all walkers.

This guidebook explores Menorca through 16 mostly inland one-day walks plus a 4-day coast to coast and the 10-day GR223 trek of 185km round the whole coastline. The trek uses historic bridleway trails to offer plenty of opportunities for walking, cycling and horse riding. Easy walking generally but routes can be combined.
